ESL Teacher Recruitment
Our annual summer camp is looking for 2 ESL teachers for a group of Chinese high school students this summer.
Dates: July 18th (Monday) to July 22nd (Friday)
Time: 9:00am-11:30am
Location: UPenn campus
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or higher in the field of education, or currently pursuing Master’s or higher degree
• Ability to plan and adapt the curriculum to students’ needs
• Ability to motivate and encourage students to speak and use English
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team
• Ability to communicate clearly, and to be mature and understanding with team members
• Ability to maintain an excellent work ethic, a high level of energy and exceptional enthusiasm 
• Native or native-level English speaker. Applicants from all cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• M ust be eligible to work in the US
Responsibilities
• Teach 15-20 Chinese students every morning through the camp
• Prepare lessons based on the curriculum requirements and students’ needs 
• Provide final performance evaluations for each student 
• Work in a team with assigned teaching assistants and other team members
