This has been an especially unique and challenging year for multilingual learners, families and communities. That is why we made sure that the virtual NYS TESOL 2020 annual conference on November 13 and 14 would provide meaningful professional development opportunities that focused on the assets and needs of our multilingual learners.
We would like to highlight our 19 hands-on workshops which will engage leaders and teachers in culturally-responsive education, racial justice and technology in the remote and face-to-face classroom. Teachers and leaders can earn up to 12 CTLE credits. Sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing. Check the full list below!
We have carefully designed two days of rich learning where all school professionals that work with multilingual learners can feel supported, connected and energized!
